**Aspen Air Charter Company is an indirect air carrier as defined by Final Rule on 14 CFR Parts 295 and 298 and has obtained the necessary authority from the DOT by the exemption provided in Part 295.10. With DOT authority, the Broker is acting as the principle in the transaction by buying from the air carrier and reselling to the customer.
